http://londonpersonaltrainingstudio.com/eliminationdiet/ I question many of the statements in the first half of the document (give me some scientific citations for these statements please!) but I'm more interested in the second half, the temporary diet.
The diet is basically an elimination diet where one removes foods that are considered to be inflammatory or cause other negative effects for a month. Then you can reintroduce the foods one at a time and see what effect they have on your body. Not in the cards right now for me but still something to consider as my social circle and family find certain foods just don't agree with them.
