A new guy on the TT Forums describing himself as a 'MMA Freak' posted the following as his mistakes for the week;
Ate 100grams of chocolate on Fridaynight
Ate 2 peices of white bread!! darn it
Ate a lot of brown sugar on my porridge this week, 4 servings total
Wow that is hardcore nutrition if those are his mistakes. I feel like a slug in comparison

I am working this week to be better prepared for when the week gets busy. I have made up a batch of grilled chicken to eat for lunches all week, and mixed up big batches of vegetable and fruit salads for side dishes and snacks.
