Ack, sorry bb, I forgot lj doesn't let you do admin only posting on comms.

Basically, consider this a sort of preview.

The massive fic is still in editing/beta (34k of Leckie, brace yourself) process, but it should be posted by the end of the month. I just wanted to get the main coding/links out of the way to not muck up everyone's flist.

Thank you, Nat, for so many things. I don't think I could've ever finished this mess of a fic without you there, suffering along, understanding why after writing so many words from Leckie's head I wanted to throw something.

So, during my two months without internet, round about the one-and-a-half months point I suddenly found myself missing fic and wanting something good to get stuck into. Which was when I remembered that AO3 makes it easy to download stuff to read offline, and also that it'd been the best part of six months and I'd never made good on my promise to review this story properly. Which is a shame, as I think it's actually my favourite of all your long-form fics ( ... )

Skew, just first off, THANK YOU. It's always an honor to get long, detailed responsed and since you're a writer that I respect so darn much, it makes an even more special.

I do agree re: Johnny Martin, Bull and Haldane. They are all characters that lend themselves well to being cops. It's the personality and the different styles of leadership.

Also, spot on for how the Manor/Univeristy/Watch Keepers HQ looks.

I'm glad that the 'verse is coming across as a nice mix of world-building and humor b/c that's what I was going for, along with making all these different characters work together.
