I am disgusted that Brokeback Mountain did not win best picture last night. When the winner was read I sat there in total shock. My brain couldn't process it at first and I honestly thought it was a joke. I was like, "Ha ha. Okay, read the real winner now."
I mean COME ON. Brian was pissed too. They chickened out, and what a shame.
The rest of the broadcast was great. Jon Stewart was an excellent host and the intro was very funny.
But man. I am STILL pissed about the best picture winner. I can predict the whole show, seriously, I called every winner, but this is the second year in a row the best picture has thrown me for a loop.
Whatever.
While I'm talking about things about movies that suck, I saw Ultraviolet this weekend with some friends. We all hated it. It was so terrible. Don't see it.
