Okay, that's it. I have had it up to HERE with Microsoft. The stores take all these preorders for their stupid fucking piece of shit system and then they don't even get enough to the stores so that people can have it for Christmas? So they send 4 to a Gamestop that still has 100+ reserves on the fucking thing, but they give at least 50 systems to every Best Buy in the country - which doesn't take preorders. Is that fair? The people who preorder the system are the ones who are most loyal to the brand - they wouldn't preorder it otherwise! But no. They get shafted. And instead, Microsoft sends the systems to Best Buy where they don't take preorders and people have to stand out in the cold to get it. And that's fair?
Fuck Microsoft. I don't want their piece of shit anyone - they can keep it for all I care. I didn't even want it that much in the first! First they rip people off 8 ways to Sunday with the "core" system and now this?
I have never done this before, but I am beyond pissed now. As someone who works in customer service, I'm not going to take it out on the service reps, but some big shot better know what's going on. And I don't want a fucking form letter in return either. That company will be hearing from me.
