nice to see less known london exploration, even the odd bits i haven't visited myself . i will have to correct that :)next time you are in london give us a shout would be nice to meet up :)
We ran out of time to see everything we'd thought of, so we'll come down some weekend to see the chocolate museum in Brixton, the London Stone, Joe Strummer's subway and the new gasometer park near Kings Cross.
Ah, that's a pity you can't make the Cambridge steampunk :-(
The Gasometer park is new; the old gasometer by Kings Cross station has been smartened up, and now there's a mini-park in the middle, very silly. Plus there's Canley St nature reserve thereabouts, that looks pretty, and the Kings Cross outdoor swimming pool.
The London Stone isn't in Canon St any more, where it was is now building site! Apparently it's going to be at the Museum of London, so we'll have to see it there.
i went swimming to that outdor pool quite a lot last summer in kings cross the all area fab now although very pricey places to eat..lots of fab green space so i guess been there. i guess last time i saw the stone that was many years back
