The life of the law has not been logic, it has been experience. The law embodies the story of a nation's development through many centuries, and it cannot be dealt with as though it contained only the axioms and corollaries of a book of mathematics. In order to know what it is, we must know what it has been, and what it tends to become.
Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr.

Tomorrow there're gonna be Public Law & General Principles of Law exams. Surely I'm gonna be doomed. They put 2 hardest exams altogether in a day. How cruel.
Legal Logic yesterday was not too hard, and it's not too easy. I have to admit that it's quite harder than those exams from last year.

My friend told me that History of Science class, our adviser is from hell. Shit, we're from Law School, we aren't supposed to be that good at science (*ahem* though I've graduated from high school with math-science diploma, but now I'm a law student...so that doesn't count) I will have to get through this class for A anyway, hmph, no choice but to go over those Phlogiston Theory...and deal with that Ph.D. teacher from hell. All of this, will be for this alphabet A in my transcript, Amen.

I haven't go shopping for my dress for ALSA forum yet O.O merde..... and I haven't had myself dieted yet...2 times merdeeeee.
