Whoo!!!!

A TIME FOR DANCING SHOWS ITS LEGS IN ITALY

Now in its third week in theatres across Italy, the picture has just crossed the $3,000,000 mark and remains in the Top-Ten List!

It premiered in the number one spot and hasn't stopped since.

Reviews:
PELICAN PRESS
"It's a heartbreaking tale about courage, cancer and the lifelong friendship between two young dancers. The film's high production values and excellent performances by the cast, including Peter Coyote, Amy Madigan, and especially Lynn Whitfield, as their dance teacher, make it a rewarding experience to watch."

AMPA BAY HERALD
"A Time For Dancing is a scrapbook of young love in all is variations...While this story of two best friend teens, who share a love of dance, might have dissolved in a sugary syrup, the powerful performances of Shiri Appleby ("Roswell") and Larisa Oleynik ("The Secret World of Alex Mack") captures the freshness of first love, first heartbreak, and first steps toward separate identity of the late teen years.

A Time For Dancing also features lots of wonderful dancing by Julliard students, some of whom act as doubles for the actors. As a metaphor for life and joy, nothing comes close to the expressiveness of modern dance. The dance sequences alone make the film worth seeing."

THE BEACHCOMBER
"Once a generation comes a film that embodies the soul of youth. In the 70's, they had Brian's Song. In the 80's they had Rudy. In the millennium, we have A Time For Dancing. In this time of great conflict, domestic and international, we need a standard to look to, something that will soothe the hearts of American youth, restore their faith in themselves. This is that banner."

"Oleynik's performance gave me the impression that Jules danced mentally to her last breath. Appleby nearly brooded through the entire picture, very effective to portray introspective Sam. Lynn Whitfield, of course, walked on air. As the girls' dance instructor and mentor she gracefully led them."

How awsome is that!?!?
