Room available
In case anyone is interested or knows anyone who might be--I still have a room available in my house. It is an upstairs bedroom for $475+utilities; the address is 318 Burnt Mills Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20901, available now. It's a really nice house, with freshly refinished hardwood floors, freshly painted walls, a fully fenced backyard. The room has two windows and a ceiling fan--And again, pictures of my house are at my picasa page.

We have a nice sunny upstairs bedroom available in our 5BR 3BA SFH in Silver Spring, available immediately, for $475/mo+utils. Term is month-to-month. The room measures 9'x12', with a closet measuring 2'x4.5'. You would be sharing a bathroom with a girl.
The house itself has lots of common space, including a living room and dining room with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, an eat-in kitchen, and a large basement rec area plus tons of storage. There is also a washer and dryer in the house. Internet is Verizon FiOS.
There is a large backyard with a deck and nice deck furniture provided by the landlady, plus a hottub (though we haven't set that up yet).
Move-in can be immediate, but if you're a good match we could wait as late as May 1 (but no later). Move-in cost is one month's rent plus a deposit of one month's rent ($950). All the roommates are currently in their 20s; someone in their 20s-30s would probably be the best match. None of us are crazy partiers, but do like to have some company and chill gatherings, with maybe a real party every once in a while. Female preferred.
You would be living with two girls and two guys. You would also be living with a very friendly, sweet, clean dog. He's a whippet (like a small greyhound) and weighs 35lbs. There is also a bunny in the house, but she lives in her owner's room and does not generally come out.
