This is in response to Patrick's "tag" on me to post my response to some of these questions, which are actually quite interesting. Basically, I have to tag 3 more people after this and they HAVE to do it. Honestly, I am not a fan of chain mail type things, but this is actually really fun...so here goes! Oh yeah, I have to pick 5 or more of these little beginning statements and finish the sentence.
If I could be a scientist...If I could be a farmer...If I could be a musician...If I could be a doctor...If I could be a painter...If I could be a gardener...If I could be a missionary...If I could be a chef...If I could be an architect...If I could be a linguist...If I could be a psychologist...If I could be a librarian...If I could be an athlete...If I could be a lawyer...If I could be an inn-keeper...If I could be a professor...If I could be a writer...If I could be a llama-rider...If I could be a bonnie pirate...If I could be an astronaut...If I could be a world famous blogger...If I could be a justice on any one court in the world...If I could be married to any current famous political figure...
1. If I could be a doctor I would work in America for a while and earn some money cause yea, I'm selfish. But then I would move overseas and work in the places that really need doctors. If I actually had enough brains to become a doctor I really don't think I would try and find cures and treatments for diseases. I would just want to use to it meet different people and...help them (okay, that is totally cliche, but get over it)
2. If I could be a painter I would spend all day in my art studio in a big studio apartment in Paris or New York and get high on my paint fumes. But that would be ok because it would inspire to me paint even more original and highly famed pieces of artwork. I would also scuplt the next "David", only he would be clothed because naked people make me blush.
3. If I could be a llama-rider I would be the happiest person in the world because llamas are God's most beautiful creation. I would make several trips across various continents on my llama and then I would invest in llamas and buy my own llama farm. People could come and ride my llamas and I would lead llama riding adventures across the desert.
4. If I could be an astronaut I would be the first person to walk on Mars. Those who know me, know that I actually wanted to become an astronaut at one point in my life and that walking on the moon (even though they never send people there anymore) and walking on Mars were my 2 main goals in life. Basically, I would come up with a much better line than "one step for man-kind, one giant leap for yadda yadda yadda." In all honesty though, I have a huge respect for Glen,Buzz, and Neil.
5. If I could be a farmer I would hoe corn all day. Refer too: Allison Kraus and Union Station, "The Boy who wouldn't hoe corn." I would not want to end up single and desolate like him. Also, I would sit out on my front porch, chew grass, and watch the sun go down every evening. And I wouldn't get bitten by mosquitos.
So there ya go. My life's ambitions in 5 small paragraphs. I tag... J. Elizabeth Ashley Carter,
J. Gabriel Lawson, and Meredith Day Cutrer to complete the next "link."
