✿ It's been 7 years since I watched the first episode of Gundam Seed; that was the same year I stopped watching anime because I had a) no time, b) less interest, and I've always regretted only watching the first 17 eps. Tonight, I will finally, FINALLY finish watching Gundam Seed. \o/ I've already gushed to aredblush about how I'm filled with all the nostalgic feels and how excited I am to finally finish the entire season and how I get all shivery and bouncy watching Kira's Gundam swoop around. XD And now I'm all worked up again and I want to rewatch Escaflowne, which I also haven't seen in almost a decade (VAN! WINGS! ALLL THE ANGSTY FEELS!), and I want to wave my flaily arms at Nas. After tonight, we'll prob start Full Metal Panic, another oldie that I started and never finished. *happy sigh*
✿ Babbling that will only interest linaerys: last week's Person of Interest was AWESOME. The return of the badass, gorgeous crisis manager Zoe Morgan, a dangerous, scarily competent lady hacker who's a match for Finch, and Finch in a lovely three piece suit? This show is officially my happy place. :)
✿ Southland is back! And it is awesome! And bonus!Lucy Liu on my screen! :D:D
✿ So much amazing fic. It's like Second Christmas! ♥ PS Any Molly-centric and/or Lestrade-centric fic recs, post S2 or otherwise, would be greatly appreciated, flist of awesome. I'm so torn between all the Sherlock fic and IBB, SO TORN.

1) Everyone loves a scandal by metisket (Sherlock, gen) - Written before S2 aired, this is a hilarious, fantastic alternate version of BBC Irene Adler. Or, Irene Adler is the con artist from New Jersey who totally pwns Sherlock. I laughed until I cried. :)
2) A new suit by johanirae (Tinker, Tailor, mild Peter/Ricki, G/PG) - Beautiful, adorable, funny comic; Ricki doesn't bother with the dress code and Peter drags him off to a tailor to prove a point.
3) Not one, but two epic Clint/Darcy WIPs were completed this weekend! \o/ Gift of asylum by carleton97 and sister_wolf and Simple, not easy by taraljc - Both are wonderful and well worth reading; Gift of asylum owns my heart since it was the first Clint/Darcy fic I read (IT'S ALL K8'S FAULT, K8 ILU) and it is magnificent, and Simple, not easy is really fun and flirty and snarky. :)
4) The case of the senator's son by celli (Avengers, Steve/Tony, Coulson/Pepper, PG) - Meet (very) Special Agents Tony Stark, Steve Rogers, Natasha Romanova, and the rest. Together they do indeed fight crime. Fantastic NCIS fusion/AU, so, so perfect. McGee!Steve, Ziva!Natasha, Gibbs!Fury, ♥Abby!Darcy♥, Tony!Tony etc, what's not to love?
5) The anatomist by rosa_acicularis (Sherlock, Molly/Moriarty, Molly/Sherlock, John/Sherlock, Hard R) - When they are children, Moriarty is a game. A story they tell only to each other, in whispers. Jim and Molly Moriarty, from the beginning. And for something completely different. This is a really dark and disturbing story, not for the faint of heart. It's absolutely brilliant and visceral and slots so perfectly into canon that I have trouble remembering that it's not. I could spend ages discussing all its layers and nuances (thank you, darling knowmydark, for indulging me). This is hands down one of the best Sherlock fics I've ever read, and it's just icing on the cake that it focuses on Molly, who is rapidly becoming one of my favorite fictional characters.
