FUCKING STEAM
Okay, so i *actually bought* a real copy of the HalfLife Boxset so i could get a valid CD-KEY and play online. Okay, so i install it, i register, i enter my cd key..........ERROR
The long and the short of it is, some little 13yr old prick has used a cd key generator and kept trying until he found a CD-KEY that hadn't been issued, i.e. mine.
So i sent and e-mail off to Valve yesterday morning, with still no reply....hmmm....according to the forum a lot of people have been having this problem and means that they can't play.
This actually sucks balls, i buy a game for once so i can use it online, and i can't! My mates at WN all sympathise, non of them are stupid enough to try to rip off an online game cd key. URGH
So now i sit here, watching my mailbox rescan every 5 minutes, waiting firstly for a recipt to confirm the email was recieved, but secondly for an e-mail with some sort of resoloution...
