SUPER BOWL CHAMPS

Feb 07, 2011 11:23

Wow you guys.  That game was intense.  There was screaming, clapping, jumping, squeeing, counter-hitting, fuming, cussing.  Had I been at a party there would have been all of that times 10.  I can't even begin to describe what I'm feeling right now, the day after.  I am so proud of this team.  After everything we've gone through this season, starting the season with SIX of our STARTERS on IR, and then having more guys drop like flies throughout the season, having to win all of our post season games ON THE ROAD to even get into the championship, WINNING the championship and then: Arlington, Texas.  Our team has always been the joke of the league, more so after the Favre saga.  Two of the most deserving guys of a Super Bowl ring almost had that dream ripped from them when they left with injuries: Donald Driver and Charles Woodson.  I am so thrilled how everyone pulled it together and brought them that honor.  Such adversities were just the stepping stones that lead to the Lombardi trophy finally coming back home after 15 years.  Our boys have done Packers fans everywhere proud.  I know I'm proud to say I'm a Packer fan, through thick and thin these boys will always have my support.

Congrats, Aaron!  You deserve that trophy and that MVP title!!
