April Fools Feast
Hayley made "eggs" for everyone (vanilla yougart w/a peach)
Faux Berry Pie for dinner. The kids knew right away that it wasn't a dessert because I fooled them a couple years back with meatloaf and mashed potatoes that looked like cupcakes w/frosting. This was basically the same thing, put in a pie crust. The pink color in the potatoes might have looked like strawberry, but it was actually beets! I have never purchased or prepared a beet before, everyone was happy with dinner and ate it all because they knew Emma and I prepared a yummy surprise dessert.
Dirt Cake w/worms! It was a big hit.
