For my poetry of rock class.
Reborn
The sky is voluminous
The skirts of morning sing with
Added melodies at the last minute
The marble jaw of the past
Glances malevolently through
The haze of yesterday
The sun curls through your eyes
The glass breaks and splinters
Apollo salutes; Garuda waves
You flicker the clouds
Swirling infinite dragons
Wedge snouts horny into the luminescence
Hands educe the rays
Though the ground is loath to release
Clay covets
Potter’s fields ripple
Pebbles twitch with contrition
Birds unblemished by past flit
Stale is galvanized into art
Death beauty through wooden standards
Ears into cups
Day forms into color
Color into light
Lost is discovered
Former is successive
