The Ten Commandments don't mention child abuse. They don't mention nonlethal assault and battery. They don't mention fraud or money laundering (unless you count that as "stealing"). They don't mention extortion, or threatening to harm someone unless they behave a certain way. They don't mention slavery. There's a LOT they don't mention; a lawyer could probably name many more things that I couldn't.
Frankly, if everyone just followed the Ten Commandments, we'd be a hell of a lot worse off.
