For those who are doing 365 for the first time, again or are on the fence about doing it again, here are a couple ideas that might help during the doldrums.
52 Blessings - make a point each week to take a picture of one thing your are most grateful for. This allows you to have a little direction at least once a week, while also offering a bit of a creative challenge. Furthermore, it allows you to document the things you are thankful for throughout the year. Here is a link to a Flickr group of people participating in this specific challenge:

Weekly Challenge - take a theme related picture each week for you to take a picture of. An example: Week 1: Shoes; Week 2: Breakfast; Week 3: Hallways. This can sometimes help with direction during those times when you don't want to take another picture or have no inspiration for what to take. Make your own list or use the one provided by Flickr group
