Hermione in the middle
Hermione Granger was sitting in the common room of her house listening to her best friend Harry Potter communicate the disastrous date with Cho Chang. Hermione felt a pang of guilt for feeling jealous of her own best friend, and joy that the relationship will not get that far because of the feelings of Cedrick that got in the middle. Hermione assured her friend and gave him suggestions about what he should do to ease her guilt of the dreams of Cho she would most likely have that night when he left.
