I'm baaaackk.
It saddens me that Christmas comes and goes so fast. I hate hearing people say 'I can't wait till Christmas is over, all this stuff I have to do..etc..'- people, Christmas shouldn't be stressful! Ah well, mine was pleasant. Spent the morning opening present with Glen, cook breakfast, then went to Glens to open my present from his mom.
.... note to self- always ALWAYS tell people to get you gift cards- and thank the LORD for gift receipts!... >=)
So Glen got me what I asked for, the perfumes & the lotion, plus Napolean Dynamite and a new watch! It has a pink face and a silver band- really cute, and I'm proud of him for doing so good. The last watch I got from an ex was HIDEOUS and I never even wore it once. Probably, along with other reasons, why hes my ex.
I bought Glen a new pair of steel toe Docs for Christmas, but they were a size too big. I HATE when that happens!
My mom got me a new feather comforter for my bed, which is SUPER soft, and a $30 gift card to Chilis for Glen and I.
I always look forward to my twins present. My mom can't afford to get us all tons of stuff (I do have 5 other sisters, a nephew, and a niece)- so me and my twin make a point to get each other something more. This year she got me the Saved DVD, a $50 gift card to Kohls, coconut body wash, and a candle (which I burn like crazy)! Not too mention the fact that her and Steve constantly bring stuff over when they visit- so it was cool.
Went to Kohls today, lines weren't as bad as I thought they'd be. Got myself a cheetah print bra (ow ow!), some really pretty pins, a throw for the couch, and red socks with cowboy hats on them! YAH for giftcards- I'm tellin yah, their the way to go.
Anyhow, work tommorow- bleh- and I still have no substantial plans for the new year- go me! goodnight!
