Okay, this is interesting. Makes me want to really know more about the social set-up, about Grantson Academy. How old these young folk are, why they're housed according to social status. Where did Tevan's family go, how did he and Rika become so close, what is his fascination with Kilce? Ahhh, snippets, how you tease me!

Some typo corrections below:

Rika's voice grew more insistent as his path took him every closer to Yunnic Hall.
every -> ever

"Quit." Tevan hit his forehead with the heal of his hand.

He remembered when he'd told Rika about the voices he heard sometime.

*twirls you around* I'm glad you like it! I'm still writing the whole thing very "stream of conscious" because I don't know ANYTHING about the world until I write it down. I've just started to think ahead a little more which is why this part is a tiny bit out of synch with some of the beginning stuff. Just trying out something to see if it works.
