So those of you with abilities are having them blocked for the time being. There is also apparently problems with electricity and such.
I can't help but wonder if this is a terrible attempt to make those people understand how life is as humans.
Or it could just be an attempt to provoke more deaths.
Please don't be stupid enough to go around killing others merely because they have no abilities at the moment.
You'll probably just be killed in return when they get them back.
