I really don't believe this.
Disaster!!
When I chose my prospective new user names, I checked to see if they were in use. They weren't.
Now that I have bought my rename token, and gone through the process to change forever(ish), I find that the top two poll winners are both already in use. How so? Because when I searched for the user names, I didn't use a bloody underscore instead of a space. How irritating is that?
So I am fiddling around with the names to see if I can add something so that either of the top names will work.
