o through him is the 'noble' connection, hardly ever at home, but his is also very strict, demanding of his children and has a calculating personality. People in town fear him, because of rumors that surround him.
· Elder sister, Susannah
o caring towards her brother, more motherly. Is more of a tomboy, detests the society rules her mother tries to impose. Spends a lot of time in the lower town, the docks; learned to fight from the "lower classes." She is very outspoken, but not cruel.
