22 icons for 20inspirations + PSDs
22 icons of various fandoms for 20inspirations (and .psds when I add them in a minute hush I forgot)
Fandoms: Doctor Who, Lost, Avengers, Merlin, Firefly, Fringe, Homeland, Harry Potter, Skins UK and Snow White & the Huntsman.
The theme this round at 20inspirations was ABOUT ME, where we were supposed to use ourselves to create our inspiration.
In the last 6 years, I've found out a lot about myself. The two most important things are actually abilities I have that I never knew I had, let alone would need, but that have saved me.
1) I can find beauty (or humor, which I consider the best kind of beauty) in the ugliest parts of life.
2) I can reinvent myself almost entirely and still have the same core.
With those two things in mind, I decided to pick out 20 of my own icons to use as inspirations- but they all have to be from my beginning years of iconning and they all have to be, well, ugly! So I took these 20 icons and from each one, I found something I loved. Something I think I actually did well or the germ of an idea that I felt was really cool. Then I made a new icon for each of the old, focusing on that good quality.
