I've finally hit that point in my career where my head doesn't hurt every time I see a lame, automated job offer show up in my email from one of the millions of websites I sought positions one. I'm now getting good offers, offers I'd be proud to pursue if I were looking. It was an amazing feeling to turn down an offer for a damn good job recently, because my salary is JUST a little better, my schedule significantly better, and without the added bonus of not being on-call. The job titles filtering through are things I want to do, and am now at least half way qualified to do.
I never thought I'd get this far.
