Humans aren't just odd. Apparently, they're pretty slow to realise the dolphins are way the smarter partners here.

I'm still really enjoying this!

I did notice a couple things- first, your spelling switched from Dopy to Dopey partway through the piece.
Second, this sentence: “Kara told me. You no-good, lousy, son of an ape." From context, I think it should actually be "Keelie told me," since Kara is the one who's speaking.

I'm glad this story is getting filled out a bit more.

Fixed and fixed. Thank you. I'm going to have to be more careful about which name I use, especially as I expand this. WIth the two K's, it's going to be too easy to get them swapped occasionally!
