im going to have a poem in a magazine!
today in the mail was a lovely letter from The Village Rambler. heres a little snippet: "Dear Amanda. Thank you for your poetry submission to The Village Rambler. We would like to publish "Standing in the International Foods Aisle" in an upcoming issue- our poetry editor, Ruth Moose and I both enjoyed the poem and we are looking forward to including it in the magazine."
and i get $25 dollars upon publication, so you know what that means - i can now tell people im a writer. ha!
