ok is this really the best the RIAA can come up with...rhapsody and napster are now probably the biggest scams out there when it comes to online music. look kids downloading songs is cool and legal! lets forget the fact that in some cases you're paying DOUBLE yes that's right DOUBLE the average cost of a CD! for the small fee of $16 a month you can log in and look at all the pretty songs on rhapsody...oh wait you want to download said songs and listen to them with maybe winamp or maybe put them on the pretty little zen micro sitting on your desk? oh ok well that'll be $16.32 to download a cd...you got that right $32 for a cd...
THAT'S MORE THAN A SPOOL OF DUAL LAYER DVDS!
oh but yea...
DOUBLE THE PRICE OF A CD!!
are you fucking serious? this is the RIAAs way of keeping music downloading legal?! double the average costs of a cd! god damn and to think that people were downloading songs to avoid paying $16! it's a miracle that these places stay in buisness! well i guess if dell can stay in buisness then there are enough suckers to keep rhapsody and napster going. but needless to say my rhapsody account will be active for all of a day and will come no where near the end of the trial period. just enough times to find cds to buy (discounts ftw).
Ok this has given me enough of a headache for one night i'm going to sleep...night.
