i don't understand....
how can people believe in bush?
he lied to the american people. how can you trust a president who can wake up in the morning, look himself in the mirror and not be ashamed knowing he lied to an entire country? he doesn't care about the american people, he cares about his image, about his status, about his money and about proving some ego trip about being better than his father.
bush is a liar. how can you elect a man who has proven himself a liar. and not on small subject like his personal lif eor whether or not he's smoked pot or something stupid like that. no. he lied about the reasons for going to war. he set the precedent of an offensive war without the support of the world. he attacked countries that had not attacked us. he is no better than the terrorists he claims to hate and to be eradicating.
unfortunately, bush goes into this debate with the upper hand. he goes in as the incumbant, more charismatic, and more... simple. i don't know how to say it any other way, which says something coming from me. bush can say a soundbite. bush can say, this is the right way and it's right. accept it.
but, kerry, he is unable to convey that kind of enigmatic charisma. he needs to say. no. you lack integrity. i have integrity. move out. he needs to say, yeah, i can't speak in soundbites, but i can lead you intelligently. i can lead you with the rest of the world. i can tell you the truth. i can be the president.
kerry needs to step up. now. he is so smart he is almost incapable of being human in the eyes of the country. he needs to step up.
he is pushing his war record. that's good. bush can't push his. he needs to be blunt. he needs to not skirt the subject
