Just work from the Weirdest Dream evah: very very lucid, and although I can look back on it now and poke holes in the logic, while actually in the dream I was rationalising everything that happened.

Anxiety related to work/life balance choices would be my guess, with the details filled in by a little fear of failure, a little 'I don't really like people I have to associate with through work instead of choosing to associate through friendship', and some 'wtf should i do next?'

I reckon working from home shines as a positive theme in this.
