(no subject)
Got my taxes done yesterday in record time at H&R block and the person processing my tax slip was really nice. Name of Johanna ... or Joannha..hmmmm,
Anyway, i haven't talked to anyone my age in forever. And it was fun. I found out she had a degree in international relations and diplomacy, and i just kept asking her a few questions.
I'm in love. Actually not. But it felt good to a) speak with a normal human being again, and b) to know that i'm not bad with people, i just want a decent conversation part of the time.
I remember dating this girl, and she had a nice personality, but the 1 major turnoff was that she would never talk to me about anything other than her work (tim hortons- coffee shop, or some really really stupid things). She always said, you're so smart... and somehow because she was dating me she didn't want to have intelligent conversations.... her words. Anyway, I now am 95% sure that when i marry it will be someone who has probably done university, and likes to talk about a whole slew of topics.
Apart from that, i've started a new journal because i don't write in this one so much anymore. And i think that's more due to.... some people don't like either the positivity, or the long drawn out thoughts.
