Round 1 // Challenge 15 Voting
Sorry for the delay, folks. I got home from work and fell asleep.
Please pay close attention to the voting rules this week. They have changed due to the fact we are reaching the end of this round.
Heads-up for participants: A set of two icons will be required for Challenge 16 (as you know, the caps are here).
The following person opted to use a skip: mortnme.
You must vote for two icons: your least favourite (the entry you consider to be of lesser quality in technique) and your favourite (the entry you consider to be the best). You must provide a reason for your former vote (providing a reason for your latter vote is optional, but strongly encouraged). Please remember that you are judging on technique, not personal preference. Reasons such as "I dislike this character and I can't believe you used my least favourite colour for your background" are not acceptable.

Note: LF first please. You'll make me stumble if you put F before LF.
