I finally watched
Neil Gaiman’s
Beowulf !!!
I loved loved loved loved loved it!!!!
I am bewildered, befuddled, bemused and bewitched!!! I am bloody mystified! I haven’t had such a good time with a movie since
Hellboy II!!! Everything was as it should. The animators did a great work! The characters all looked like the voice actors and even had their body language and mannerisms. I should have known that
Crispin Glover did
Grendel, it couldn’t have been anybody else! Loved his shrieking. Plus you get to see how
Angelina Jolie would look like if she didn’t have the hideous lips ;) Yes, she would look perfect!!!
I think this is the best Beowulf version so far. This movie belongs to the group of movies that I watch over and over and over again. Beautiful movie!!!
I think I’m watching it again tonight :p
Ah, 10 out of 10!
Speaking of dear
Neil, this week I am going to the theatre to watch
Coraline on 3D! I am SO excited! Two reasons, 1st I have been waiting for this film since Franco died and 2nd it is going to be my very first 3D movie. Yes, I have never seen a 3D movie. Ever ever …ever! :D Oh boy oh boy the excitement!!!
Last weekend we cleaned up the storage room and I found my Zombie dress :D
So now I am ready for the
Stockholm Zombie Walk this weekend! I am still recruiting my zombie team. As I said before, I offer to do your make up :p You only need to bring flour and your zombie clothes ;)
The day after the
Zombie Walk I am going to the
Vintage Trade Fair :D
I am going to be looking for 50s sunglasses. Yes exactly like my old ones, black butterfly with twinkling stones on the edges. ;) My sunglasses are 20 years old and very torn. I think it is time to put them on my “personal museum” display.
Blah blah blah … I am going to dye my hair now …
Shalom.
