Subleaser?
Please take over my lease with the Hunt Club. It is a beautiful community with a great living area. Pool, Playground & sand Volleyball court. The apartment is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath apartment. My room is the master bedroom which is 12' x 13' living area with roughly a 4' x 5' walk in closet. It also has the largest of the bathrooms. It is a full bath with a great set-up. THe living room area is one of the largest living rooms that I have seen in an apartment, the kitchen is a touch on the small side however it has a great bar area. The apartment also has a washer & dryer in the unit (so no coin laundry for the lucky leaser!)
You will be living with 2 girls (ages 19 and 21), both nursing students at Lansing Community College and CENAs at a retirement/ rehabilitation clinic. Their schedules vary so you will most likely hardly see them.
The Hunt Club has a salary cap on what its tenents can make, so if you can move in, you will have to make LESS than $15,000 a year before taxes are taken out.
There is a possiblity of the rent increasing (rent is currently $272.25 for the room) when I move out, however, if you can pay $250 plus utilities (cable/internet, gas & electric...water/garbage included in rent) I will pay the remainder of the rent each month.
There is also potentially another room in the apartment available for subleasing if the current roommates agree to take another roommate.
