Well, Sherlock fandom seems to be going down in flames. *watches it hit the water* Remains to be seen if there will be any survivors. From what I've been able to gather, the Sherlock/John shippers believe themselves to be "oppressed" by those writing other ships, and have initiated hostilities on Tumblr, including this gem, which appeared on my dash tonight:
