Since Saturday I have been in more or less constant pain. I broke down and went to the Doctor on Monday. She is sending me to warm water therapy. she gave me Muscle relaxers so the muscles will relax enough I can sleep. All that is great but it doesn't help my immediate pain. Ugh. I feel so awful today. But I was sick last night so think that ahs something to do with my current state. Also I hurt so bad I can’t hardly move. I woke up crying cause I was in so much pain. Nothing helps either. Over the weekend I hurt bad enough I braved taking a part of Vicodon. I cut it down to ¼ and it did not help but it was still ( Read more... )
