Six Sentence Sunday
Widower Shen Wei is chugging along, featuring me trying to stuff all of canon up to the time travel into like three paragraphs, and also trying to explain why Shen Wei lies all the time without it getting too awkward and run-on. It is the fight for concise in Chez Lanna.
Also featuring The Inevitable when last night, I accidentally published the draft work I keep around in ao3 for testing tags and stuff out. That was great.

Still, he won't rush with Zhao Yunlan. How could he? Zhao Yunlan is more careful with him than Shen Wei would ever be with himself. Zhao Yunlan, Shen Wei is sure, respects him as a leader of the Alliance. There is the instant connection with Zhao Yunlan that Shen Wei had had with Kunlun. But while Kunlun had loved Shen Wei with all the fervor of someone who knew they could be dead tomorrow, Zhao Yunlan loves Shen Wei like they have decades to learn how to love each other.
