"The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe" (Proverbs 18:10).
No matter how bad the storms of life beat down on you, God is your safety net. Run to Him in your time of trouble.
August 23
"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" (Romans 10:13).
Salvation belongs to anyone who will call on the name of Jesus in faith and believe in His saving power.
August 24
". . . The man who through faith is just and upright shall live and shall live by faith" (Romans 1:17, AMP).
If you are born again, you have been made righteous through the blood of Jesus. Good deeds don't make you righteous, but making Jesus your Lord and Savior does.
