We headed to FIT because we had to be there at 12:00 to listen to a talk.

So far throughout my college career I've questioned myself and my major.  Will fashion always be that fullfilling for me? When visiting FIT I knew right then  that I belonged there. Right in the middle of NYC a few blocks from Times Square in the fashion district! I knew its the road I'm supose to follow because it will allow me to travel and constantly meet people. Especially to places where I love the surrounding and culture like Italy. So here I go I'm ready to dive into a passion of mine.

"Rushing around seems whats wrong with the world, don't lose the dreams inside your head."

"Don't let the troubles in your head steal too much time you'll soon be dead"

"Everyday should be a good day to die"

This trip was awesome! It allowed me to experience two extreme living conditions. A city that is constantly rushing around with buildings towering over my head with "people in every direction, no words exchanged no time to exchange." A city with lights and noise and talent.

Compared to Boston, Mass. a place in the hills among the trees with no sounds besides the roosters crowing in the morning. Two lifestyles I could see myself living in. On a smaller scale I feel as if I'm doing that from last year to this coming year. I experianced Buffalo, a city that had it all to meet my needs and wants. (Malls, Restaurants, bars, Parks, Zoo's, Art Galleries....) And next year (this fall) I'll be going to Mercyhurst in Erie, PA. Where its main thing to offer me is its natural surroundings. A smass quiet town that allows you to appreciate all that you had back in the "big city." I want to experiance it all because thats the best way to learn. So you don't know until you try.

Try Until You Die... it will only make you stronger

So thats that.

Today I unpacked and then went over to my wifes house and picked up her JoJo and Shelly. We went to Target and Wal-mart where i bought a cover for me and Rew's book. I hope she likes it. On our way home I ALMOST got into my first car accident! It was raining out (what else is new lately) and i had to stop quickly and i was slidding and there was a car infront of me that was already stopped at the red light and i couldn't stop and i finally stopped like a cenimeter away from him!!!!!!!!!!! As i was sliding i was saying in my head... "Okay Laura this is your first accident" THANK YOU GOD i didn't!

Once we got back to Meg's we looked at Jo Jo's Aquinas yearbook. HAHAH i'm in it for the spring musical Crazy for You!!!! HOLLAAA

After Meg's i headed to Monday night dinner. DUH. Grandpa showed me pictures of his parents and aunts and uncle and him when he was a kid. He was sooo handsome. Alright well my mom just rented the movie Under the Tuscan Sun so i'm gunna go watch that with her.

Shine On...
