It was my second day of BS "staff training" at work today. I think that, come Monday, they're going to throw me in at the deep end. Oh well, it'll be a couple of weeks of absolute hell (same as at Suncorp) before I wise up to everything, and get good at my job.
On the plus side, I get a big desk, and my own phone.
