Starting again

I've decided that I need to keep track of what I do now that I am home so much. Hopefully this will help me recognize just where my time is going, what I need to concentrate on and what I can do to improve.
So far today I:
Found and cleaned the Brita pitcher.
Cleaned the horrible and scary fish tank (with baking soda so as not to kill future fish with chemicals) and set it out on the front porch with a free sign on it. In 20 minutes it was gone and I made someone happy. What a great feeling!
Played with Sachi once her tummy was feeling better.
Called and got instructions emailed for the rice cooker.
Talked to my grandparents.
Cleaned the kitchen.
Made Lunch. Tomato soup and a grilled swiss with pepperoni on wheat.
Cut coupons.
Cleaned 1 box of clutter.
Took 1 box of things to get rid of to the basement.
Called the trash company.
Decided what to make for dinner.

My happy thoughts today are around decluttering and recycling. I want badly to simplify my life and not be bogged down by too much. So I am working to make that happen. Every step is a step forward. I am proud of myself and what I am doing.

made someones day, organizing, cleaning
