Record Shop AU:
Damon/Elena, featuring 90% of the cast
Wherein Elena takes a job at the old record store while staying at her Aunt's in the summer at Mystic Falls. Run by a seemingly eccentric and relatively psychotic Damon Salvatore. Featuring the tea shop next door Damon hates (run by Sheila Bennet and her granddaughter) and the rivalry of the mass-music producing store run by Elijah and Katherine Pierce -- Elena is in for one interesting summer.
Mute!Damon:
Damon/Elena, Stefan, Bonnie, Caroline
Where Bonnie takes away Damon's voice because she's sick of his heartless and sadistic comments, and Damon is left to deal with his silence by himself at the Boarding House. Stefan, Elena and Caroline take turns visiting him while he broods quietly, and the only person who he even attempts to make contact with his Elena -- probably because he finds it entertaining when she brings him a white board to write on.
The Art Of Being Katherine:
Katherine + Elena, Damon/Elena, Stefan/Elena, Bonnie, Caroline
In the hope of carrying out a plan at the decade dance, Katherine teaches Elena to be her copycat -- including how to walk, talk, and tilt her head in that devilish way. When Elena isn't sure it's going to work, Katherine suggests learning by trial and error, and it soon becomes a competition to how many people can the two of them fool, as Elena poses as Katherine, and Katherine poses as Elena? Who's going to get it wrong -- and who's going to get it right?
They'd all be around 10k+ -- possibly three parts? Does anything sound appealing?
