Holding me down.
So I have less than two weeks of real school left and I'm slacking off more than ever. I have a story to revise, a paper to write, a journal to review, a take-home final to do and two other finals to study for. In my defense the due date of the story, journal review and take-home final has not been set yet (and I haven't even received my take-home final) so thats my excuse for not starting any of those projects. Though now that I'm thinking about it, that should be more motivation to do them since they might be due sooner than I'm anticipating...but whatever, I'm sure my class can argue our way out of it if my teacher does decide to not give us ample time to work on either of the three assignments. As for the rest...my paper is due May 1st, and will be started later this week, perhaps on Thursday, I'm screwed in English Lit as it so I don't really give two shits about my final, and I'm not really worried about my French test. Which reminds me I also have an oral presentation to give in that class...GOD DAMN, why is all this work piling on me?!? This weekend will be reserved for homework. Thats for sure.
Except for most of Sunday...SINCE I'M GOING TO THE PLAYOFFS. FUCK YES. I'm so damn excited.
The loss last night really got to me but at least its 1-1, not 2-0. And since the next two games are at home, I have faith that we can win them both. We for sure have the ability to do it, we just need to contain both Allen and Pierce, as well as slow Rondo down. Also, if someone could injure Davis it'd really make my day...he really pisses me off. And hes so creepy looking!!!
Everything is pretty good as of lately. The playoffs are keeping me entertained (though making me slack off to the max), school is winding down, and things are well with everyone. The only thing that I would change is the weather. I'm so sick of the rain and clouds and cold air. Its almost May for crying out loud. Where is SPRING???
Cavs play tonight and even though it will probably be another blowout, I'll of course be watching. Off to take a shower and do some work (due tomorrow, not part of the massive list from before) before tip-off.
Oh and by the way, if you have an old Blackberry Curve, don't bother getting Pandora on it. Its slow as hell, freezes every other song, and makes you have to update your whole system before allowing itself to be downloaded. Lame lame lame.
