(no subject)
Not sure when we swiched weather patterns with the west coast but I am certainly not complaining. It is disturbingly mild today and there is little to no snow left on the ground- I can see the few rogue leaves I neglected to rake in the fall and the bits of grass poking through are still bright green. I seem to remember when I was a child, that winters entailed a whole shit pile of snow and temperatures so low that I was wrapped in layer upon layer of winterized fabrics with only my eyes visible then gently rolled out the door.
To be honest, I like the snow- it makes everything look so pretty and clean but sadly with the snow comes cold and I don't care very much for that. Anything below -5 and I start to get a little bitter. I am pretty sure that today we are hovering somewhere at 0 or slightly above today- I didn't even bother wearing a fleece to the gym today. That is all for today's little weather rant- off to see a man about a job ; )
