Past weekend
This past weekend was soooo much fun. We went out late Friday night and celebrated Tim's bday. Then on Saturday night we went out to eat and the went to see Hannibal Rising which was fantastic. I don't know why it got such bad reviews. Anyone who likes the other books/movies will like this one. AND the screenplay was written by Thomas Harris, which was not the case with the other movies. I don't know why more book authors don't write screenplays for the films based on their books. One critic said, "Ever wondered why Hannibal became a psychopathic cannibal? No? Me neither," and the proceeded to give the movie a bad review. I just feel like if you had no interest in the movies plot and were already determined not to like it, no shit you thought it was bad. Anyways, that's my rant on bullshit movie critics who are paid to be unbiased, but apparently can't manage it.
Then Monday night we were supposed to go with some people to Emerald City, but Jeff had so much homework and a lab due that we decided not to. Well, actually I decided not to. If it were up to Jeff we'd go out every night and he's never do homework, lol.
Well, today is technically Valentines day. I got Jeff some Godiva Truffles and will be getting him Oblivion for his PS3 as soon as it comes out. Romantic huh? That's what he wants, what can I say... More later!
