Liz Phair is going on an acoustic tour and she's going to be at the Birchmere in Alexandria on August 5th It's only $20. That's pretty cool.
I kind of want to go, maybe.
Hmm. It would sort of be concert overload from two nights before, and I don't know who would come with me. And tickets might have gone on sale on Friday (at least they were for the Thursday date, which is sold out) so it's possible they're going to sell out soon - also possibly before I get my act together.
But yeah. She's awesome. And $20.
This weekend was awesome. Sleeping in, getting things done, hanging out with people and not being on a schedule. It makes me appreciate the time I have. I try not to be crabby when I have to get up and deal with the work week again. I think I might like the weekends a little too much.
