He stepped off the landing dock runway slowly, his face expressionless. He was dressed lightly in khaki cargo shorts and my favorite red t-shirt and carried with him only a duffel bag and a backpack over his shoulder. He made his way over through the small crowd and stood before me, set his things on the floor and wrapped me up in a tight hug. When I slid my own arms around him he felt just as familiar and comfortable and I hadn't realized just how much I missed him. We've spent enough time apart and it's pretty cut and dry whether I move to New York or he moves to LA or we both move back to Winona that we're going to be together.

To celebrate the reunion, Adriana took us out for drinks at Deep and then dragged us to a late showing of Diary of a Mad Black Woman. If I didn't know before I know now. That's all I really have to say.
