weekend
Where the hell did the weekend go??????? Friday after work I can't even tell you what we did... Oh yes! I know! we went to a Chinese Buffet... and because Cara reads my LJ, I will not mention how horrible it was! But I am going to have to drag her to my regular Chinese Buffet hang out and show her what real Chinese Buffet Dinning is all about! So.... After Billy, Rosie and Cara and I all get back fromt eh Buffet... I am assuming my evening was very anticlimatic because I can't remember a damn thing about it! I am sure Billy and I bickered... and maybe did some laundry and stuff.... oh yes! I think I put 150 loads of laundry away and "started" to clean my room. It is a disaster zone.... I still have not unapacked from the wedding!!!! a month ago!
Saturday we did a little running around... I made some kick- ass lasagna!!! 2 trays! one turkey and spinach and one mushroom and spinach! They were soooo goood! I steamed the spinach and then added it to the ricotta cheese.... yummay!!! I also made a lemon cake with my grandmother's icing.... another yummay!!! we hit the pool to cool off and had a few people over for some BBQ and pool and fire pitting....
Sunday was relaxing.... some house work... BB brother (which is just so totally fucking amazing!!!! and uh.... nothing else really!
