First I just want to say thank you to everyone for their sweet comments to my last entry...( I need socks...) We are still working on it and plan to seek counceling as soon as everything settles down with the new year and my 30th birthday in 6 days!!!!
My New Years was great. We were going to go bowling, but decided to stay home and have people over instead. I took lots of pictures and will post them a little later.
My roommate had a little of a family drama go down in the middle of my entertaining... and Her mother was very rude and inconciderate... but once we got past the rude interruption we had fun. I made a veggie platter and a cheese and pepperoni spread. I also made hot wings and pizza rolls and hotdogs in a blanket... chips... crackers... olives... pickles...
To drink we had margritas, beer, and tequila rose. I had P.I.N.K. Vodka too... but no one drank that... For the toast we had some Champagne... that was expensive and tasted like crap! BLAH!
Yesterday Billy and I went to the Mall and he got me my birthday Presents! (They are throwing me a surprise birthday party tomorrow... but I am hip to their game so I am plaing along...) I will post those pictures too because I am sure there will be lots of pictures! We split up in the mall so I don't know what he got me and I bought him this lotion form bath & body works. It is aroma therapy for stress release... OMG!!! it smells so good! Last night I gave him a message using it and he almost fell asleep afterwards! He didn't want to move at all...
Today I am heading back over to the new house... I have to paint all of the molding in our bedroom and then I want to look into laying carpet down... I just don't want to pay alot of money for it.... and I am sure I can do it myself... I just need to learn how to...
Well... Off to take a shower and get ready for my day...
