It was yummy… oh and we had shrimp cocktail too… lol!  After that we went to Sam’s club and bought a few needed items.

My dad stayed for a while going over bills and stuff while I cleaned and watched some DVR.

I watched the Mentalist… I love that show!!!

Tonight is Grey’s Anatomy and Survivor!  Woo Hoo!!!

Do you just not eat parm at all? Chicken parm with eggplant noodles might be a teensy bit healthier :)

it's not the parm.... it's not the chicken... but she breads the chicken and fries it.. (unhealthy part number one) the parm of it is whole milk mozzarella cheese (unhealthy part number two) then with pasta (I only eat wheat products and only wheat pasta if i am having a huge craving for it... too many carbs (unhealthy part number three)

you would love this baked ziti recipe I found!!!
instead of beef, use ground turkey and instead of ricotta, use cottage and fat free sour cream!... and wheat pasta!!! yummy!!!!
